BIETC for Gabon

Once the Gabonese bietc certificate is confirmed, no modifications can be made. According to the regulations of Gabon GABON, starting from 2007-09-01, all goods shipped to Gabon must apply for BIETC electronic cargo tracking orders. Failure to apply will be considered a violation of Gabonese regulations and may be severely punished at the destination port.

1. The applicant provides application form, COMMERCIAL INVOICE, customs declaration form, and bill of lading;

2. A formal quotation will be issued after receiving the above materials;

3. The applicant arranges remittance;

4. After receiving the remittance, send BIETC NO and BIETC DRAFT to the applicant;

5. The applicant confirms the draft;

6. BIETCNO, ORG will send the original BIETC to the applicant.

Note: The original BIETC (BIC, CRN) must be approved and effective within 15 days of shipment, otherwise the original BIETC will be refused to take effect.
