Garlic clove--cut the root by hands-wash and disinfect flakes----select out the garlic flakes with dark spot by machine color sortor --select by hands--go through the heavy metal and sieve.
Before packing,the garlic flakes need to go through the megenet,heavy metal detector,sieve and then packed in bag or strong carton.
Then load the garlic slice into container:
Most of the time,we do not need pallet,so,20fcl container can load 475cartons of 20kgs per carton.
If you need pallet.we also have the experience including use the wrapping film.
