How to make minced garlic from garlic flakes?

First,select garlic flakes,golden to creamy white garlic flakes,without dard spots,without garlic skin.

Second:Re-dry garlic flakes.garlic flakes normally moisture about 7%,we need to re-dry garlic flakes to moisture about 4%,then can mile to minced garlic.

When we re-dry garlic flakes,the flakes will go through megnet first.

After making minced garlic,we need to do follow steps:

Flow away garlic hull,

Sorted by color sorter to remove dark spots,

Then sorted by hands for for foreign matierals,

Then go through X-ray.

At last go through twice heavy metal detective.

At last,pack minced garlic
