Produce season:For top quality garlic flakes,that is also called garlic flakes without root,rootless garlic flakes,mainly export to Japan,Europe,North America.produce from every July to end of Aug.After Aug,the garlic sprout will come out,so the quality will not be ok.This garlic raw material are cangshan 4/6 cloves garlic bulbs.Compare to purple garlic,this quantity is very little.Chinese market usually produce about 10000 tons a year.

For garlic flakes with root,normal commercial garlic flakes,produce from end of May till end of Oct.According produce time,the quality is different.So we usually seperate from End of May to End of Aug,this is A grade.Produce in September B grade,produce in Oct.C grade.A grade most export to Europe or North America.B and C grade mostly as material for garlic granules export to Brazil.Russia.

So,we can see,call called garlic flakes,but different quality ,different produce time,different flow chart will influence the price and quality.

Different quality different price,suitable for differnet market.

Our normal package is 20kgs/carton.20FCL can load 9.5tons.Use normal dry container is ok.
