For garlic granules and garlic powder,we normally use A and AA grade,this kind granule and powder TPC is high,SO2 is high,bulk index is high.But color is very white,if can be irradiated and not care about bulk index ,then A and AA is perfect to make garlic granule and powder. Now for A grade garlic flakes is USD2350/MT, For AA grade garlic flakes,USD2600/MT.
For garlic flakes AAA,We also use this to make garlic flakes and garlic granules.TPC,SO2,Bulk index,color all is normal.We export a lot garlic granules and powder to USA made from this kind flakes.:USD3200/MT.
