How to cook with dried garlic flakes

Since I woked in dehydrated garlic flakes/granule/powder field over ten years,I do not know why foreigners buy so many Chinese dehydrated garlic flakes/granule/powder,how to use them,how to cook with them.I just know some factory mix garlic granule or powder with other seasoning.Some factory hydrationgarlic flakes.

First,hydration garlic flakes in warm water,

Second,draining water

cook garlic flakes with egg.
